Al Nemore grew up in Pennsauken, NJ, and has been a Real Estate Agent in Florida and New Jersey for 15 years. Before that, he attended Rutgers University, retired from education after 30 years, and sold Nemo’s, the Avalon, NJ restaurant that he owned and operated for 20 years. Al's most important human qualities are honor, integrity, and trust, and he has incorporated his work and life experiences into a successful real estate career. As a coach and educator, Al learned to be patient, detail-oriented, and proactive, as well as how to use strong communication skills to advocate for his students.

As a restaurateur, he learned to stay cool under pressure and to use his business sense, personality, and propensity to multitask to operate a successful restaurant. As a full-time Real Estate Agent with an extensive network of contacts, Al works tirelessly to reduce his clients’ stress levels and to make their home-buying and selling experiences pleasurable. The bottom line is that Al fell in love with the area when he moved to Sarasota, and that passion has inspired him to help others.
